In 2006 and 2007, scholarships were awarded to students from all five installations:

• 2 to Meade
• 9 to Bragg
• 5 to Polk
• 2 to Rucker
• 3 to Riley

In 2006 and 2007, grants were awarded to students from four installations:

• 10 to Bragg
• 3 to Polk
• 2 to Rucker
• 2 to Riley

All of the awards were made based on merit and/or need.
