In addition to serving Army families, Our Family for Families First supports our employee's efforts in community outreach and encourages community service at every level of the organization.

Our Family for Families First encourages employees of Picerne Military Housing to perform community service. Community service teaches young people how to work together to bring communities closer, improve public safety and aesthetics, and help students bolster their academic records for acceptance into colleges and universities.

The Picerne Military Housing team gets involved in their local community by:

• Organizing employee, family, and local community events or fundraisers.
• Organizing volunteer drives.
• Attending weekend volunteer events.
• Donating directly to charities.

Donation Matching

Picerne Military Housing employees get involved through community service and by donating directly to charities important to them. Our Family for Families First supports charitable giving by matching employee donations to charities at a 2-1 ratio.
